I have been a Health, Fitness & Lifestyle Coach for over 20 years. After serving in the Royal Marines, I qualified as a personal trainer and nutritionist. While working in gyms and with private clients, I trained as a college lecturer. As well as lecturing on the subjects of health, fitness and wellbeing, I provide coaching services for people striving to improve their health and make positive lifestyle changes.

Coaching objective
My primary objective as a coach is to empower the client so that they can make positive behavioural changes.
​
Throughout the coaching relationship, I provide support and guidance at every stage of the transformative process. In addition, while developing personalised lifestyle interventions, I work with the client to help them achieve their health and fitness goals.
Specialist areas of focus
My area of expertise is centred on supporting individuals who are struggling to achieve their health and fitness goals. This could include cultivating healthier dietary habits, creating and implementing an exercise programme, enhancing general motivation and/or working towards personal aspirations.

The coaching approach I adopt is solution-focused which incorporates a multimodal blend of behavioural strategies making for a service tailored to each client’s needs.

​What can I expect in the first session?
During our first session, we will discuss your areas of focus, including your needs and goals. This will enable us to establish a working relationship and determine if the service can meet your requirements.

How much does coaching cost?
A one-hour coaching session is priced at £40​. Concluding the session, you will receive a lifestyle analysis. This includes a comprehensive outline of your current lifestyle include suggested areas for improvement. In addition, the analysis will feature suggested strategies and a range of positive interventions.

Can I block book?
Yes, you also have the option of block booking an 8, 10, or 12 week health and fitness package. The packages include:

Are telephone and Skype sessions available?
I offer telephone, Skype, FaceTime, and Zoom sessions at the aforementioned rates alongside face-to-face appointments.
When appointment times are offered?
I offer appointments on weekday evenings (Monday to Wednesday from 5.30 pm to 8.00 pm) and all day Thursday, Friday and Saturday morning (from 7.30 am to 1.30 pm).

How many sessions will I need and how frequently?
The session frequency is dictated by your individual needs. I offer short-term, long-term, and ad hoc sessions. I aim to help clients achieve their goals as effectively and efficiently as possible.
